Sagar Arora
Born and brought up in Agra, he found himself surrounded by tourists since childhood at his father’s Jewel Emporium where all kinds of tourists shared their varied experiences of being in India. The stories always fascinated him and inculcated in him a desire to work in the tourism industry. Being an affable and gregarious person as he has always been, he always thought tourism was his forte. So he studied German and became a professional German Linguist.
Being a novice in the tourism industry, he worked as a tour guide himself. Working for two years for big travel companies, he got an insight into the underbelly of the profession. The realization that the travellers did not feel well connected with the tour guides and do not get the proper attention once the tour was sold to them. That’s when he realised what he wanted to do. Being a zealot about engaging with his tourists on a personal level, he established his own travel company in the year 2017 and since then he has managed to set up a good network of travellers from the farthest corners of the world by staying in constant contact with them personally.
